# Kaspersky Mobile Security 8.0 (for Symbian-smartphones series 60 UI)

If you have a valid license for Kaspersky Mobile Security 8.0, then migration to Kaspersky Mobile Security 9.0 is free. Activation codes for the version 8.0 are compatible with the version 9.0.
If the license for Kaspersky Mobile Security 8.0 has expired, you should purchase license renewal for Kaspersky Mobile Security 9.0 with a discount in License Renewal Center.
To migrate to Kaspersky Mobile Security 9.0, perform the following actions:
1. make sure that you have a valid activation code for the version 8.0, which has not expired
2. close Kaspersky Mobile Security 8.0
3. copy the distributive to your mobile device:
Quote:a) download from the Kaspersky Lab web site b) using Nokia PC Suite (only for Nokia mobile phones) c) by memory-cards
4. run the installation of Kaspersky Mobile Security 9.0 on your mobile device
5. confirm the installation by pressing the Yes button
6. read the information about the application: name, version, certificates
7. press the Continue button
8. enter your secret code, you specified in the previous version of the application
9. read carefully the License Agreement. If you accept the agreement, then press OK. If you do not accept the agreement, then press Cancel
10. confirm that there are no third-party antivirus software installed on your mobile device. To do so, press OK.
11. press Save to save the settings you used in the current version of the application. If you do not want to use the settings from the previous current version of the application, then press Delete
12. activate the application by the valid activation code for the version 8.0
13. to complete the installation restart your mobile device.
