Black list of key files is either missing or corrupted Options

Concerning to Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2010


In order to resolve the problem, perform the following actions:

1) open the main application window
2) in the left part of the window click the My Update Centre tab
3) in the right part of the window, click "Roll back to previous databases"
4) wait for it to finish
4) Next, click Start Update to start updating again.



Try the steps above for a few times and it would work.
If actions listed above do not help, perform the following:

1) click the Start button
2) go to All programs
3) find and select Kaspersky Internet Security 2010
4) select Modify, Repair or Remove
5) after wizard started select Repair
6) wait till the procedure is completed
7) reboot your computer

Concerning to Kaspersky Internet Security 2011
In some cases during anti-virus databases update process, in the main application window of Kaspersky Internet Security 2011 the banner may become red and display the message: "Your computer security is at risk. Black list of licenses is corrupted".



Also the message "Black list of licenses is corrupted" is displayed in the License management window. You can open the License management window by clicking the License link in the lower part of the main application window.



In order to resolve the problem, perform the following actions:

1. open the main application window
2. in the left part of the window click the My Update Center tab
3. in the right part of the window click Start Update


If actions listed above did not help, perform the following:
1. In the right part of the window, click "Rollback to the previous databases"
2. Wait for the process to finish
3. In the right part of the window click Start Update


If actions listed above did not help, perform the following:
1. click the Start button in the left lower corner of the screen
2. go to All programs
3. find and select Kaspersky Internet Security 2011
4. select Modify, Repair or Remove
5. after the wizard is started select Repair
6. wait until the process is completed
7. reboot your computer


If the recommendations given above did not help you to rectify the problem, then remove Kaspersky Internet Security 2011 and then install the application once again. In order to do so, uninstall the application and then install the application once again.
